Process Of Production
Step 1
Mould
Before production, we should check if the mould has any defect and then brush the grease on the back of the upper mould. (Function of grease: make it easier to clean the spilled injecting materials.)
Spraying
Spray gel-coat on the mould. After spraying gel-coat, we should check whether the gel-coat was damaged or not and if thickness of gel-coat is qualified. Then put the tray into the industrial oven to dry the gel-coat.
Step 2
Injecting
After drying the gel-coat, combine the mould and inject resin material into the mould. Then wait for the material to be congealed.
Step 3
Trimming
When the shower tray has been shaped we can do the cutting. Place the tray horizontally and then cut the leftover material off by cutting machine.
Step 4
Polishing
The shower tray will be sent to the area for polishing after cutting. Brush wax on the polishing machine and then polish the surface of the tray evenly.
Step 5
Inspection
Our strict QC department checks the shower tray if deformed or not. If it’s qualified, then clean the surface and the back side of the tray.
Step 6
Packaging
The shower tray will be delivered to packaging department for packing after it is checked qualified completely.
